L.A. Recording Academy
Recorded/filmed the song "Into the Trenches", as part of the Los Angeles Music Academy's recording and production master class, taught by Andrew Murdock, aka "Mudrock". The band features guitartist Ike Kawaguchi (Voodoo KungFu), vocalist Jimmy Trigger (Trigger Rising), and Bassist Gregg Cash (Dorothy). Tracking video coming soon.
Album Tracking
Just finished tracking the last of the songs for Voodoo KungFu's new record, "Celestial Burial", produced by Ben Grosse. The album touches on the mythology and dark side of Tibetan Buddhism.
Midi Awards
Voodoo KungFu has just been awarded the "Best Live Act" award of China, 2015, by Midi Electronics. It was a pleasure to perform at the festivals, and play in front of some the largest and most enthusiastic crowds of my career. I look forward to seeing all of my new friends for another run in 2016!
