Devin is a rock/metal drummer based in Los Angeles.

His first official touring gig came in 2006 with G-Punk pioneer’s (hed)p.e. This opportunity led him to play with national & international acts Redlight King, Supermanic, Attika 7, Mower, White Wizzard and Voodoo KungFu.

He’s worked with producers Ben Grosse (Marylin Manson, Filter, Sevendust) Mudrock (Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack), Eddie Wohl (Anthrax, Dry Kill Logic) and Charles Massabo (Falling in Reverse).

Growing up in the Monfort meat packing town of Greeley, Colorado, Devin became interested in music by way of MTV’s Headbangers Ball. Throughout his formative years, he began singing in musical productions and playing drums to classic rock records. After moving to Las Vegas in 1992, he began studying seriously with drummer Nick Stamanis, and began building his chops, groove, and reading skills.

Upon entering high school, he became caption head of the drum line, and his leadership helped the ensemble win back to back titles at the Nevada Percussive Arts Society State championships 95’-96’. Also, during this time, he performed with the UNLV competitive line under the direction of Brian Mason, which won the WGI College Division title in 1996.

While excelling in marching percussion, Devin continued to do his homework in orchestral & drum set performance by becoming the principle drummer/percussionist for the Nevada All Star Jazz Bands and Orchestras.

In the fall of 1996, he was accepted to Berklee College of Music and awarded the “Achievement Scholarship”. Soon he became interested in studio drumming and opened himself to the concept of groove and playing for the song. This lasting impression has defined Devin as a player to this day.

After his sophomore year, he accepted his first professional gig from Pro–Ship International, which took him to Israel, Turkey, Greece, Cypress, and Crete. This was an opportunity to utilize all of his talents and experience by performing in a variety of Las Vegas and Broadway style shows. In 2000, Devin finished Berklee with a Bachelors Degree in “Professional Music”.

Since graduating, Devin has been living in Los Angeles where he is actively pursuing his dream of touring, recording and teaching music.
